Kristine is a seasoned fundraising professional with more than 20 years of experience advancing the missions of nonprofit organizations. She specializes in corporate and volunteer engagement, donor stewardship, event strategy, content-driven marketing, team leadership, and board development. She brings a passion for fundraising strategy and planning, helping organizations maximize impact through thoughtful, sustainable growth.
Most recently, Kristine served as Chief Development Officer at Philabundance, where she led a 16-person team to raise over $54 million in two years. She previously directed corporate relations at the organization, securing more than $8 million over two years and stewarding major partnerships and events, including Camp Out for Hunger and Phans Feeding Families.
Kristine is returning to Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, where she previously worked from 2015–2021. During her earlier tenure, she helped launch the inaugural Toy Adaptation Workshop in partnership with Comcast. Her experience also includes directing the National MS Society’s City to Shore Bike Tour, consulting for the National MS Society’s umbrella organization, volunteer leadership roles in the Lower Merion School District, and co-chairing a successful capital campaign for her church.
An active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Kristine holds a Fundraising Certificate from Villanova University’s College of Professional Studies and a BA in Communications from Temple University.
