Nikki Gillum-Clemons, SHRM-CP is a seasoned human resources and workforce development leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusive, high-performing organizations. As Vice President of Human Resources at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania, she provides strategic leadership to ensure staff are supported, engaged, and equipped to deliver exceptional services for children and families.
Her career foundation was built at Marriott International, where her focus on employee engagement demonstrated its direct impact on operational excellence, strengthening her commitment to creating workplace cultures where staff feel supported and valued. She also served as a Vocational Counselor with the Marriott Foundation Bridges program, guiding young adults with disabilities in career readiness and advising employers on effective workplace accommodations.
Nikki most recently served as Director of Human Resources and Title IX Coordinator at Cabrini University. Her broader career spans work as a Senior HR Consultant for diverse industries, including community and health advocacy nonprofits, as well as start-ups and high-performing corporations. Across these settings, she has consistently demonstrated that regardless of industry, employee engagement is the cornerstone of organizational excellence — because people are the brand.
She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Southeastern PA Chapter Legislative Affairs and Advocacy Committee, engaging directly with elected officials and staff to foster a deeper understanding of critical workforce issues at the state level.
Nikki is SHRM-CP certified and Mental Health First Aid certified, underscoring her commitment to professional excellence and employee well-being. She holds a B.S. in Human Services and resides in the Philadelphia area with her family, where she enjoys mentoring emerging professionals, celebrating the arts, and creating spaces that bring people together through learning and community.
