Easter Seals of SEPA has exciting opportunities for therapists who enjoy working in teams with younger children. These positions support our work in providing services in our Approved Private School for children with disabilities and in home-based and community work. The age range is 3 - 8 years. We also provide home-based services and center based services. We have a dedicated staff of teachers, nurses, and occupational, physical and speech therapists at each of our five divisions. In a recent survey, 92.8% of the employees who responded said, "their work is interesting and they enjoy it." The school offers the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment with other professionals to enhance the lives of our children. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Full-time employees may earn up to three weeks vacation, 10 sick days, 10 holidays and two personal days. Easter Seals compensates for experience. Experience servicing young children with developmental delay and autism a plus. Easter Seals often has flexibility depending on needs of clients and your availability. Licensed  Occupational Therapist

Easter Seals of Southeastern Pennsylvania offers Occupational Therapists & COTA's the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary educational team including the Assistive Technology Team in meeting the needs of a diverse pediatric population. Qualifications:
Occupational Therapist
 - BS and/or MA Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA approved school Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania. Must be able to lift 40 - 60 pounds. Requires bending, stooping, pushing pulling and lifting. New graduates considered pending successful completion of the licensing exam. Exposure to pediatrics is highly preferred.

Licensed Physical Therapist & PTA's

Easter Seals' Approved Private School and Early Intervention Center has opportunities available to proved services for our preschool children with special needs. Join our team of professionals in meeting the needs of a diverse pediatric population working with a multi-disciplinary educational approach. Qualifications:
Physical Therapist
 - Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy or satisfactory completion of a certificate program in physical therapy. Program must be accredited by the APTA. Must be licensed by the State of Pennsylvania. Bending, stooping and lifting is required. Exposure to pediatrics highly preferred. New graduates considered pending successful completion of the licensing exam.

Speech-Language Pathologist/CFY's

Qualifications:

Speech Language Pathologists must have a Masters degree and be a licensed Speech Pathologist or pursing such. Depending on resources, positions available for those who have completed or are completing their C's. We support your successful completion. Speech Pathologists support our clients using innovative techniques and team effort. These therapists provide therapeutic services to children with dysphagia, aphasia and cognitive deficits. PDE Speech Teacher Certification.

Positions available in the following locations: 

  • Philadelphia, full-time (1) experienced speech pathologists for community work - *completion of C's required
  • Delaware County - FT, center-based *completion of C's preferred.

Bucks County Division

Bus Drivers - Currently seeing Bus Drivers with CDL and S endorsements for our Levittown facility. Part-time position up to 20 hours per week. Includes working as bus aide when needed. Walk-ins accepted between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm.

Personal Care Assistant - Personal Care Assistant needed for special needs student with behavior issues during school hours (up to 25 hours a week) 5 hours a day. Must have at least two years of experience working on behavior modification goals and strategies. Must have a car - no public transportation nearby. Located in Lower Bucks County

Teacher Assistant Sub - Substitute needed with experience with younger children. CDA or degree in education

Certified Special Ed. Teacher - Four weeks -June- for Approved Private School

Teacher Assistant - Four weeks -June- Experience with special needs Children. CDA preferred

Delaware County Division

Occupational Therapist – Immediate opening for full or part-time therapist in preschool early intervention program with some community based.  Pediatric experience preferred.
 
Speech Language Pathologist – Immediate opening for full or part-time therapist in preschool early intervention program with some community based.  Pediatric experience preferred. Must be licensed.
 
Teacher Asst– Full-time CDA work with children with autism

 

Montgomery County Division.

Physical Therapist - For children birth to two - school aged/outpatient. Wark as part of an evaluation team - birth to two- in Lehigh and Berks Counties.

Evaluators - Evaluators needed in all therapeutic areas for Northampton and Lehigh County

Philadelphia Division
