Family Support Services
Emotional and practical assistance to families of children with special needs or developmental delays.
Overview
Our Family Support Services provide emotional and practical assistance to families of young children with special needs or developmental delays. Services are led by professionals including social workers who help families manage stress, understand their options, and feel supported through each step of their journey.
Through strong relationships and open communication, our team helps families connect with local resources, navigate service systems, and prepare for transitions like starting school. We focus on whole family well-being, offering support that is responsive, respectful, and empowering.
