Michele is an accomplished educational leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusive, high-quality programs for children with disabilities and developmental delays. She provides strategic leadership across early intervention, preschool, and school-age programs, ensuring children and families receive the services and support they need to thrive.
Since joining Easterseals in 2020, Michele has led key initiatives to strengthen program delivery, elevate clinical and instructional quality, and expand professional learning opportunities for staff. A collaborative and mission-driven leader, she is deeply committed to building strong partnerships with families, educators, and community stakeholders to promote every child’s access, growth, and independence.
Michele’s work is grounded in the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. She is a strong advocate for family-centered practices and is passionate about ensuring services are responsive to the unique needs of each child. Under her leadership, programs have evolved to reflect best practices in early childhood education, special instruction, behavior support, and pediatric therapy services.
Michele holds administrative certifications in K–12 Principalship and Supervision of Special Education and has served in both public school and nonprofit settings. She brings extensive experience managing large multidisciplinary teams, overseeing regulatory compliance, and implementing systems that prioritize accountability and inclusion. Her leadership reflects the mission of Easterseals, to provide exceptional services so that all people with disabilities or special needs and their families can live, learn, work, and play in their communities.
