Tim has over 30 years of experience building programs, growing brands, establishing partnerships and raising charitable funds for nonprofits. His passion lies in building high-performing teams of volunteers and staff to create and execute strategies that align mission with business to accomplish an organization’s vision for impact in the community. Prior to serving as our CEO, Tim devoted 23 years to leading YMCAs in California and New Jersey. Most recently, he was Chief Development Officer at Special Olympics Pennsylvania, leading and overseeing all fundraising, communications, and marketing functions of the statewide organization. He resides in Palmyra, NJ with his wife and four children.
